Market data is showing signs of a slow down of residential sales transactions but the rental market is showing signs of a return to pre-pandemic levels.

With a return to the office for many on the horizon and increased flows of newcomers to the city center, multiple offers on rental properties have become the norm once again and there is significant pressure on rental rates for properties close to employment hubs.

If you are looking to lease your property please contact me because we have pre-qualified candidates looking now. The rent increase guidelines for 2023 was announced to be 2.5%.
